Tea party

since I got to take some goodies home today after work. I figured the girls could have a tea party complete with Treats... Looks good, too bad we don't have a third place setting.

IT'S SNOWING!!

We haven't had a chance to go out and play in the snow yet and it is already starting to melt.
The girls were so excited this morning when it started snowing. I hope the snow sticks long enough for the girls to go out and play in it after Ashlie gets home from school.

Our new house

It has been one week since the move, and we are slowly making our new house feel like home.
We had a bit of trouble with getting certain bits of furniture up the stairs so some of our stuff is in the storage room off the garage or back at the store. One of the things that would not make it up the stairs is our new sofa, so now we are waiting for the new one to arrive (maybe by the end of the month, I hope this one makes it up the stairs).
Anyhoo, here are some pictures of the main level of our house.

Bath Time

Bath time used to be HORRIBLE!!! Jade hated having a bath. Both Cody and I would have to be there. One to make sure she didn't hurt herself when she was freaking out and the other person would "try"to wash her hair and body. Jade would also be screaming like we were trying to kill her. Somehow yesterday while I was out, Cody got Jade to get over her fear of bath's. Today after dinner Jade was telling me to come see her "happy bath toys". into the bathroom we went were she then said "happy bath time" WHAT!!! I was like ok, you want to have a bath!?@
So Ashlie AND Jade had a bath.

Update on the house

After weeks (maybe just day's) of trying to get ahold of the people who do the walk through...
we got ahold of someone.
so they had told us "you can look at the place once the lights are working".
NOW they say that IF they are still on track it will be middle of Feburary... but if for some chance they get ahead, we might be able to go look the first week of Febuary.
cross your fingers that they will be ahead, so we can get a look sooner.

This is my favorite photo of us. It was taken at the end of November (at the Stewart Farm) to send out with our christmas cards. Our pictures were taken by my sisters friend Cary, she did a great job even though Jade was a hard subject to photograph.
